Fiona is a multi-award winning CEO whose credits range from Co-Director of the first Comic Relief (Red Nose Day) to delivering global corporate engagement campaigns that set new industry benchmarks for participation and impact.

She is an expert in creating mass participation events that engage, unite and inspire thousands, mobilising people from business leaders to global workforces.

Fiona worked with the C&A Foundation recently on creating a radical new twist to employee engagement and volunteering. The latter succeeded in involving over half the workforce – over double the level of the highest industry benchmarks.

Her book “The Spark Effect”, takes you through the process of how to get all your employees behind you through one single action.
